My first Billy Graham Crusade was 1956, I think. Billy stayed with our family for six weeks! I’ve been told the Crusade was extended two weeks for the overwhelming response in Oklahoma City. I was 5 and I remember him well. Cliff and George were with another family and they were always singing and laughing like good friends. Ironically, years later my second cousin married Cliff’s son, Bob. Cliff’s ministry and music will leave a legacy for many years to come. And imagine how many hundreds of thousands of souls were touched by Cliff’s song leading all these years. RIP Cliff. And prayers for his family as they mourn their loss.
