Sometime between 1946-1950, my church in Braselton, Georgia, took a group of children to a Billy Graham Crusade in Atlanta. Actually, all I can remember about that Saturday morning was Cliff Barrows telling the Biblical story (to the children) about Jesus healing the man with leprosy. I can only remember Billy Graham as being ‘dynamic.’ His message only became clear many years later. Do believe George Beverly Shea sang, also. Mr. Barrows was profound in my acceptance of Jesus being my personal Savior several years later. RIP Cliff Barrows.
