Love this guy. Only met him a few times, but one time he told me a great story. He said one time he was traveling with Billy Graham in the early days by car. They had stopped at a gas station and Billy jumped out to go to the bathroom. Well they thought he was still asleep in the back seat. So they headed down the road to the next town. It wasn’t until the next city and several hundred miles later, that they realized Billy Graham was missing. Cliff said eventually a semi-truck pulled up and dropped Billy off. Billy said he waited a while and then just started hitchhiking. Once the driver pulled over to pick him up, the driver said he never picks up hitchhikers not even if was Billy Graham!
