From a small farm in Iowa, in front of a 17″ secondhand TV, my family watched the “miracle” of television bring the Crusades into our living room. The music, the messages and the integrity of the Billy Graham team made a deep impression on me. Many years later, when our oldest daughter was privileged to sing with the Northwestern Bible College choir in Florida, it was as backup to George and under Cliff’s direction. I don’t know if she ever realized the great privilege that was hers to be a part of that, but I was thankful to the Lord enough for both of us. May God grant his family deep peace and strength. Cliff’s faithfulness to his Lord and Savior is receiving its full reward.
