What a wonderful man of God he was. As a German citizen living in Van Nuys, California, I first heard of Cliff Barrows and Billy Graham for the first time. When later I returned back to Europe, I had the privilege to direct Billy Graham’s International Conference for Itinerant Evangelists, called Amsterdam ’83 and ’86. That’s when I got to know Cliff intimately. He inspired me with his gifts and humility. I am so glad to have known him and feel honored to have worked closely with him.
