Rev. Cliff Barrows was the “Yul Brynner of Evangelism.” Similar to the veteran actor who made every one of his more than 4,000 Broadway performances of “The King and I” look like opening night, he approached each of Mr. Graham’s 408 stadium Crusades around the world with the enthusiasm, joy and dependence on the Lord as if it was his first. Cliff modeled a burden for souls, a passion for evangelism and a commitment to memorize Scripture until the very end, and is now reunited with the Savior he loved and served over nearly seven decades of active ministry. This faithful friend and servant will be greatly missed, but is now leading a band beyond description and Jehovah’s favorite choir, where the music never stops.
